In pursuance of the direction passed by this Court, a report is submitted by the learned Registrar Administration (L & OM) alongwith a report submitted by the Inspector-in-Charge, Kalna Police Station, Purba Burdhaman, indicating that the appellant, namely, Kartick Murmu, has already been expired on 10.11.2018, during pendency of this appeal. 4.

A photo copy of death certificate of the said appellant is tagged with this report which also affirms the death of the appellant. 5.

As the sole appellant/convict has already been expired during pendency of this appeal, this present appeal stands abated against him. 6.

Accordingly, the instant appeal being CRA 315 of 2006 stands dismissed as abated.

The instant appeal being CRA 315 of 2006 stands disposed of. 8.
