petitioner submits that way back on 18th September, 2014 the District Inspector of Schools (PE), North 24Parganas requested the Chairman District Primary School Commission, North 24-Parganas, Barasat to supply information regarding an application made by the petitioner being Memo No. 681/H(1)HNP, but such information was never given till date.

Learned Counsel appearing for the State is present.

Heard both the parties.

The Chairman, District Primary School Commission, North 24-Parganas, Barasat being the respondent no. 4 is requested to supply the information as sought for by the petitioner (Tridip

Sarkar) positively within a period of one month from today without any delay.

With the above direction WPA 9042 of 2015 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

The parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
