It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the office of the 3rd respondent being the Convenor, Secret Ballot Committee has ceased to exist with effect from 31st December, 2020 and the 2nd respondent is the competent authority to deal with the representation submitted by the petitioners.

In view of the same, the order passed on 13th July, 2022 is modified to the extent that the petitioners shall submit the representation before the 2nd respondent instead of 3rd respondent within a period of fortnight from date and the 2nd respondent shall consider and dispose of the same within a period of two months from the date of receipt thereof.

The other portion of the order shall remain unaltered.

The Department is directed to incorporate the necessary corrections in the order dated 13th July, 2022 accordingly.
