This matter relates to appointment in the post of Additional Para Teacher in the school concerned. The initiative to fill up the said post was taken in the year 2006. I am of the view that with the passage of time, this writ petition has become infructuous.

In view thereof, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. All connected applications, if any, are also dismissed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
