Having considered the materials on record disclosing prima facie involvement of the petitioner in physically assaulting the victim which is supported by medical evidence and as the victim had died within four months of marriage, we are of the opinion that this is not fit case to grant bail to the petitioner. The application for bail is, thus, rejected.

Trial court is, however, directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
