Mr. Solomon Nesakumar, Superintendent of Police, Purba Medinipur is personally present in Court today. His personal appearance shall stand dispensed with.

An affidavit-of-compliance of this Court's orders dated 18.07.2022 and 29.07.2022 has been filed by the respondent no.6 Executive Engineer, Public Works (Roads) Department, Tamluk Highway Division who is also present in Court. Let this affidavit-of-compliance be taken on record. His presence is also dispensed with.

It is submitted by the Counsel for the petitioner that the entire unauthorized construction on the property in question has been demolished.

The costs as assessed by the respondent No.6 for carrying out the aforesaid demolition shall be paid by the petitioner to the Public Works (Roads) Department, Government of West Bengal within a week from date.

In that view of the matter, nothing further remains to be decided in this contempt application. The application for contempt being CPAN 517 of 2022 shall stand disposed of.

Rule, if any, shall also stand discharged.

There will be no order as to costs.
