The revisional application was preferred in connection with Complaint Case No. 1387 of 2011 pending before the Additional Judicial Magistrate, Basirhat, North 24 Parganas.

I have perused the contentions advanced by the petitioner and I am of the view that the same involves mixed question of facts and law, which cannot be adjudicated by this court at this belated stage.

Accordingly, the present revisional application being CRR 1613 of 2012 is dismissed.

All pending applications, if any, in connection with the revisional application, are consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
