The wife/petitioner by the present application is seeking transfer of the Matrimonial Suit No. 4 of 2018 pending before the Court of the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court, Burdwan, Hooghly.

None appears on behalf of the petitioner as well as on behalf of the opposite party either virtually or physically on call.

CO 1806 of 2018 is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if there be any, stands vacated. The department is directed to communicate this order immediately to the aforesaid Court where the said Matrimonial Suit No. 4 of 2018 is pending.
