The present application has been filed for expeditious hearing of a suit for declaration and permanent injunction.

Affidavit of service filed today be kept on record. 3.

Despite service, none appears for the opposite party.

It transpires from the submissions of Ms. Deblina De, learned counsel for the petitioner, that the suit is pending since the year 2023.

Ms. De submits that no interlocutory application is pending in connection with the suit. 6.

In such view of the matter, CO No. 1540 of 2024 is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), First Court at Barrackpore, District - North 24 Parganas to dispose of Title Suit No. 197 of 2023 pending before it as expeditiously as possible, preferably within one year from the date of

communication of this order to the learned Trial Judge.

There shall be no order as to costs.

The parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court.
