..... petitioners Mr. Soupal Chatterjee ...... for the petitioners Mr. Palash Ch. Majhi ...... for the State Having considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing role of petitioner No.1 i.e. father-in-law in misbehaving with the victim housewife, we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to petitioner No.1. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner No.1 is rejected.
However, keeping in mind the general and omnibus nature of allegation against the petitioner Nos. 2, 3 and 4, who are other inlaws of the victim housewife, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to them.
Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner No.2, 3 and 4 shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
Petitioner No.2, 3 and 4 shall appear before the court below and pray for regular bail within four weeks from date. The application being CRM (A) No. 2692 of 2022 is disposed of.
