........ petitioners Mr. Arup Kumar Bhowmick ...... for the petitioners Mr. Avishek Sinha ...... for the State Having considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioners in assaulting the victim resulting in fracture and other grievous injuries including hospitalization and in view of gravity of the offence and prima facie involvement of the petitioners in the alleged crime, we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
