This appeal filed in 2001 is still pending for admission. The appellant has filed Section 5 application. None appears for the petitioner even today on call to move this application. The petitioner is no longer interested to proceed with the instant appeal.

Accordingly, this instant appeal is not admitted and also the appeal is dismissed.
