Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the writ petition having been preferred, the prayers which have been advanced have become infructuous in view of the police authorities having acted.

In view of the contentions advanced by the writ petitioner, I am of the opinion that further pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted. Accordingly, WPA 11035 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
