However, learned counsel for the respondent State and learned counsel for the private respondent no.6 are present.

2. On perusal of the order dated 22.05.2025 as passed by the Registrar Administration (L&OM), it reveals that despite notice to the appellants as pointed out by the department, the defect has not been removed.

3. From the conduct of the present appellants, we have every reason to believe that the present appellants have lost interest in the instant appeal.

4. In view of such, FMA of is dismissed for default.

5. With the dismissal of the instant appeal, pending interlocutory application being CAN 1 of 2025 is also dismissed.
