Ct. No. 04 ab --------------------- The petitioner has questioned the order dated 22nd August 2014 whereby and whereunder the application filed under Order XI Rule 17 of the Code of Civil Procedure has been rejected.

The order sheet reveals that there was an order of stay of the impugned order till four weeks after the Puja Vacation for the year 2019. Thereafter, the matter was listed and called on 20th February 2024 when there was no appearance on behalf of the petitioner nor any accommodation was prayed for. Today again the matter is listed and called on. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner nor there is any prayer for accommodation.

In view of the above, the revisional application is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. (Madhuresh Prasad, J.)
