The present revisional application as preferred challenging Ranaghat Women Police Station Case No. 56 of 2021 dated 24.06.2021 which was registered for investigation under Sections 498A/307/406/323/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners approached this Court at a stage when the investigation of the case was in progress and the documents which have been enclosed relate to the letter of complaint and the formal FIR.

As none appears on behalf of the State, Ms. Manisha Sharma, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears for the State, is directed to represent the State. Her appointment may be regularized by the concerned authorities. Having regard to the stage at which the petitioners approached this Court and the records do not reflect that there was any interim order in respect of the proceedings being investigated by the police, I am of the opinion that no interference is called for at this stage.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 1465 of 2021 is dismissed.

Pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
