The petitioners seek similar relief as has been granted to the petitioners in WPA 7080 of 2023. The said order was passed with the consent of the university.

Today, it has been submitted by the university that within such a short period, it is not feasible for it to arrange for logistic support to register any additional students and permit them to sit for the upcoming B.Ed. Examination.

In that view of the matter, no order can be passed in this writ petition. This order, however, shall not

prevent the university to consider the case of the petitioners.

Accordingly, WPA 11058 of 2023 is disposed of. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
