Police case is dated April 4, 2022.

In an incident of assault, police personnel suffered injuries. Some suffered grievous hurt. Petitioner stands named in such incident leading to police personnel suffering grievous hurt.

Notwithstanding the police filing charge-sheet, considering the gravity of the offence and involvement of the petitioner as transpiring from the materials in the Case Diary, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
