It has been pointed out that intentionally both in the cause-title as well as in the Affidavit, it has been stated as 'Late Madhusudan Gain'. The police report reflects that warrant of arrest as well as

proclamation and attachment is also pending against Mr. Madhusudan Gain.

Learned advocate for the private respondent(s) is present.

Having considered the misrepresentation made by the petitioners, I do not intend to entertain the present writ petition.

Accordingly, WPA 10868 of 2025 is Dismissed.
