1. It appears that pursuant to the issuance of warrant of arrest, the petitioner was arrested on 21.5.2025 the date on which an order was passed by this Court asking the Investigating Officer to appear in person along with the case diary.

2. Be that as it may, as the petitioner has already been arrested, no further order need be passed in this regard.

3. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is disposed of without any further order, even as to costs. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
