1. Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

2. The petitioner would, in effect, not only seeks enforcement of the order of the Ombudsman dated 17th February, but also consideration of representation dated 24th April, 2025 and 28th May, 2025, which has been brought on record by way of supplementary affidavit filed in Court today which is also taken on record.

3. Having heard the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties and though the respondent nos. 5 and 6 are not represented in Court today, I am of the view that no useful purpose will be served by keeping the writ petition pending.

4. The aforesaid writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 6 to consider the petitioner's

representation dated 24th April, 2025 and 28th May, 2025 in accordance with law.

5. It is made clear that the respondent no.6 shall hear out and dispose of the same, by giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, preferably within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order.

6. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the matter and it shall be open to the respondent no.6 to decide the petitioner's representation without being influenced by any of the observations made hereinabove.
