The grievance of the petitioner is that his representation for transfer to another school nearer to his residence which was sent to the concerned respondent by letter dated 6th April, 2021 has not been considered as yet.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that he joined the Madrasah in the year 2013. His father is bedridden. His mother is seriously ill due to her bypass operation. It is impossible for her wife to look after the family.

I think that the case of the petitioner should be considered sympathetically. I direct the Director of

Madrasah Education, West Bengal, Kolkata, the respondent no.2 to look into the matter within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and to pass a reasoned order within two weeks thereafter. With the above direction, this writ application is disposed of.
