Learned counsel for the appellant has informed that on the basis of complaint received, the Block Development Officer has already initiated action by issuing show cause notice to the concerned parties and has referred the matter to the District Magistrate, Murshidabad, respondent No.4 and Additional District Magistrate, Murshidabad, respondent No.5.

Since the matter has already been referred to the District Magistrate and Additional District Magistrate, Murshidabad, we dispose the present petition with the direction to the respondent Nos.4 and 5 to duly consider the grievance of the petitioner and give an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and conduct further enquiry, if required and take an appropriate action against the

WPA (P) 207 of 2021 defaulters in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order. The present petition is accordingly disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on usual undertaking.
