Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the injury report of the victim which indicated previous delivery/abortion and the statement made by the victim before the doctor about forcible abortion in collusion with a quack doctor, her statement before the Magistrate and the statement of neighbour contained at page 13 of the case diary, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The application for anticipatory bail being CRM(A) 1671 of 2025 is, thus, rejected.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities.
