Petitioners seek bail.
Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that considering the period of detention of the petitioners and considering their involvement in the incident, the petitioners should be granted bail.
Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the statement recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the complainant and the statements of the injured victims recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
Having considered the gravity of the offences and the complicity of the petitioners therein, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioners.
The application for anticipatory bail being C.R.M. 4813 of 2021 is, thus, rejected.
