Statements of witnesses and electronic evidence collected in the course of investigation show petitioner who has having an affair with the victim had colluded with co-accused persons to upload indecent pictures of the victim on social media sites. As a consequence, victim committed suicide.

Keeping in mind the aforesaid incriminating facts and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage.
