The State of West Bengal and another No one is appearing on behalf of either of the parties. The present matter is an old pending one pertaining to the year 2016. The matter is appearing in the list since 14.11.2022 and has been called on each day of working of this Court till now. In spite of that the petitioner is not represented. Hence without wasting any further time, the case is taken up for disposal on merit. The petitioner files this revision with his prayer for quashing of the entire proceedings in connection with G. R. Case No. 6126 of 2015 pending before the trial court, connected police case being Sonarpur Police Station Case No. 1615 of 2015 dated 03.10.2015 under Sections 341/419/420/406/381/504/506/34 of the IPC. The petitioner is aggrieved for the trial court taking cognizance of the absence under the above stated provisions of law, after police has submitted charge sheet in the case.

The present revision is preferred challenging the said order on the ground that the same is de hors of law, the Court has failed to apply judicial mind as well as the jurisdiction vested in it by lay while passing the order impugned in this case, that the order is a nullity in the eye of law and the same is to be set aside. Considering the materials available on record including the annexed documents, I have, however, not found any cogent of those

to warrant interference of this Court into the order passed by the trial court as above. Therefore, in my considered opinion, the present revision is meritless and the same is liable to be dismissed. On the discussion as above, CRR 1508 of 2016 is dismissed. In view of dismissal of the criminal revision, the connected application being CRAN 3611 of 2016 is also dismissed. Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on urgent basis.
