This revisional application has been filed with a prayer for expeditious disposal of the application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

It is submitted by the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners that copy of the petition was already served upon the defendants/opposite parties. The next date of hearing of petition on 9th August, 2023 before the Trial Court.

Considering the nature of the prayer, I do not find any reason to ask the learned advocate on behalf of the petitioners to serve notice upon the opposite parties. Service upon the opposite party is thus dispensed with.

Learned Judge, 12th Bench, City Civil Court, Calcutta is requested to hear the application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure preferably within 15 days after summer vacation, subject to service of the copy of the application to the defendants. Petitioners are directed to make communication of

this order to the learned Judge, 12th Bench, City Civil Court, Calcutta With this observation and direction, the revisional application stands disposed of.

All the parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official web site of this Court.
