And In Re : Sadikul Sk. ..... petitioner Mr. Parvej Anam ... for the petitioner Mr. Swapan Banerjee Mr. Suman De ... for the State Having considered the materials on record disclosing prima facie involvement of the petitioner in the alleged possession of narcotic substance above commercial quantity i.e. 4000 pieces of Yaba Tablets and in view of statutory restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
