Opposite party no.2 was enlarged on bail in May, 2018. Case arose out of a matrimonial dispute. It is contended that opposite party No.2 who is a lawyer is threatening the petitioner. She has prayed for transfer of the proceeding. Learned Advocate for the opposite party no.2 denies and disputes such allegation.

We have considered the materials on record. Bail was granted in 2018. Transfer of the proceedings have been prayed for in a separate proceeding and may be disposed of in accordance with law. However, after a lapse of about five years, we find no reason to interfere with the order granting bail to opposite party no.2.

Accordingly, the application for cancellation of bail is dismissed.
