The petitioner is unhappy with the incomplete information given to the petitioner by the SPIO, Daulatabad Gram Panchayat.

The petitioner is granted liberty to prefer an appeal before the appellate authority under the provisions of the Right to Information Act.

If such appeal is filed, the same shall be disposed of by supplying necessary information strictly in accordance with law, within a month from the date of receipt of the same.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. However, there will be no order as to costs.

All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
