The learned advocate for the State submits that F.R.M.F. had already been filed by the trial court.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits a written instruction whereby the petitioner has expressed his unwillingness to continue with the hearing of the instant revisional application. A written instruction dated 21.08.2023 submitted before the court to that effect be kept on record.

Under the facts and circumstances, the instant criminal revesional application being CRR 1784 of 2011 is dismissed for non prosecution.
