Case No. 147 of 2007 dated 20.05.2007 (G.R. No. 1218 of 2007) has already been disposed of on 23.04.2014 and the petitioner i.e. Ashok Kumar Majumder has been acquitted under Section 235(1) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Let the said report be kept on record.

Under such circumstances, the instant revisional application has become infructuous and disposed of.
