1. By way of filing this public interest litigation petition the petitioner alleges that a land which is classified as "nayanjuli" is being altered for a different purpose and sale has also been taken place.

2. Learned government pleader points out that mutation in respect of the said land has taken place and classification of the land has been changed as early as on 18.07.2009. Further, it is submitted that there is no public interest involved in this writ petition and there is private interest since the petitioner also holding lands in and around the said area.

3. In any event, as long as reclassification of the land in question has not been challenged, the question of entertaining a public interest petition on the allegation made by the petitioner does not arise.

4. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
