Learned Junior Standing Commission appearing for the State submits on instructions that the police received two complaints which were registered as First Information Reports and that on completion of investigation charge sheets were submitted.

In the facts of the present case, since the police acted on basis of the complaints lodged by the petitioner and submitted charge sheets thereon on completion of investigations, no further interference is called for at this stage.

The petitioner is at liberty to avail of her remedies before the appropriate forum in accordance with law, if she is aggrieved by the charge sheets.

WPA 11686 of 2021 is disposed of accordingly.
