Leave is granted to the learned advocate for the petitioner to correct the description of the Court below in the Cause Title of the instant revisional application.

The order proposed to be passed in the present application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India would not cause any prejudice to the opposite parties, as such, service of notice of the present application upon the said opposite parties is dispensed with.

The petitioner is the defendant no. 1 in Title Suit no. 272 of 2023, which is pending before the 2nd Court of learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Kirshnagar, District: Nadia.

The petitioner is praying a direction for expeditious disposal of the pending application for injunction filed by the plaintiffs.

The application for injunction by its nature demands expeditious disposal of the suit.

The learned Trial Judge is requested to make all endeavour to dispose of the said application as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law, if the same is otherwise ready for such disposal, and in doing so, shall not grant any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

C.O. 1544 of 2024 is thus disposed of without any order as to costs.
