Petitioners seek anticipatory bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that this is the second police complaint lodged by the disgruntled wife. There is no substance in the allegation. Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the statement recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the victim. Considering the materials in the case diary and considering the statement recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the victim, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail, C.R.M. 4808 of 2021, is rejected.
