Statements of witnesses prima facie disclose involvement of the petitioners in assaulting the victim resulting in his death. Keeping in mind the aforesaid incriminating materials, gravity of the offence and as prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected earlier in February 2022, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
