Three persons suffered injuries in an incident of assault. One person suffered fracture injuries. Such injures are by sharp cutting weapon on the three persons.

Injured named of the petitioners before us as the assailants.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

This application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. CRM(A) 1529 of 2024 is disposed of.
