Petitioner approached this Court being aggrieved by the act and action of the police authorities, subsequent to which, this Court on different dates conducted hearing and lastly directed that the statement of the victim girl/lady be recorded in connection with Tamluk Police Station Case No.408 of 2025 dated 23.05.2025.

Today, a report has been submitted enclosing the photostat copy of the statement under Section 183 of the BNSS. Considering the statement which has been made by the victim girl/lady, I am of the view that the police authorities have complete knowledge regarding the status of the case, as such,

no interference is called for from this Court. The investigation of the case be taken to its logical conclusion.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 11104 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report submitted along with the photostat copy of the documents under Section 183 of the BNSS be kept with the record.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
