1. This intra-Court appeal is directed against the order dated 28th March, 2023 in W.P.A. No.13099 of 2022.

2. It is submitted by the learned Assistant Advocate General appearing for the respondents/State that the order and direction issued by the learned Single Bench has been complied with and the concerned authority has passed a speaking order on 4th May, 2023.

3. Since the order and direction issued in the writ petition has worked itself out, the question of interfering with the order at the instance of the appellant does not arise.

4. Accordingly, the appeal and the connected application are disposed of leaving it open to the appellant to question the order dated 4th May,

2023 passed by the appropriate authority in accordance with law after giving liberty to raise all grounds including the grounds raised in this appeal.

5. There shall be no order as to costs.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
