Learned advocate appearing for the private respondents submits that one of the private respondents was arrested and that such private respondent obtained bail.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the investigation with regard to First Investigation Report is in progress. She submits that there is a civil suit between the private parties. Since the police took steps on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner and arrested one accused who is presently on bail and since there are disputes between the private parties which are civil in nature no further interference by the writ court is called for.

WPA 11681 of 2021 is accordingly disposed of accordingly.
