1. This revisional application seeks expeditious disposal of Act VIII Case No.41 of 2025 pending before the learned Judge, Family Court, Asansol Sadar, Paschim Bardhaman as also an application under Section 12 of the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890 filed in connection therewith.

2. In view of the nature of the order proposed to be passed, prior service of the revisional application along with a notice is not being directed, however, the petitioner shall remain obliged to serve a copy of the revisional application along with a copy of this order upon the opposite parties within a week from date.

Having heard learned advocate appearing for the petitioner and having perused the material on record, this revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned Judge, Family Court, Asansol Sadar, Paschim Bardhaman to dispose of the petitioner's application under Section 12 filed on March 16, 2026 as expeditiously as possible and

preferably within a period of four months from the next date fixed without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

4. The learned Family Court is also requested to dispose of the Act VIII case as expeditiously as the business of the learned Trial Court would permit. 5.

With the aforesaid observations, CO 1661 of 2026 stands disposed of. No costs.
