It appears that the Investigating Officer has verified the authenticity of the petitioner's Aadhar Card and Voter Card and they have been found to be genuine. Chargesheet has already been submitted in this case. In view of the same and considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody for about 274 days, I am inclined to allow the application for bail.

Let the petitioner be released on bail upon

furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local subject to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Basirhat, North 24 Parganas. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
