The petitioner has challenged the requisition, brought for her removal. The notice of the meeting was issued on July 14, 2021 and the meeting was scheduled to be held on July 26, 2021. It is submitted that at the meeting, held for the removal of the petitioner, the resolution was not carried though due to lack of quorum and the petitioner submits that the petitioner continues to be Pradhan.

Without going into the merits of such contention, the writ petition is dismissed on the submission of the petitioner that the same has become infructuous.

However, there will be no order as to costs.

All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
