The petitioner is an Assistant Teacher of Bhagirathi Vidyapith, Swarupganj, Nabadwip, District-Nadia.

The petitioner successively applied for general transfer under Utsashree Portal, her grievance is that her such prayers have not been considered by the authority.

The Utsashree Portal is under suspension as such there is no scope to consider the said prayer of the petitioner at this stage.

W.P.A. 10417 of 2022 is dismissed without any order as to costs.
