The learned counsel for the DPPG submits that the concerned D.I. of Schools (SE) has supplied information to him only on 22.05.2024 at 5 p.m. 2.

This Court deprecates the delay on the part of the D.I. The Education Department of the State shall enter such deprecation in the service records of the D. I. 3.

The DPPG shall issue pension payment order mandatorily and positively within a period of one week from date.

It is expected that the Treasury Officer, Arambagh, District-Hooghly shall release pension and all arrears to the petitioner within a period of one week thereafter upon furnishing particulars of bank account by the petitioner.

The contempt application is disposed of.

6.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

There will be no order as to costs.
