The case is at the evidence stage. Out of six witnesses, one witness has been examined so far.

It appears that the case is pending before the learned Magistrate for a long period of time.

In view of that, the revisional application is disposed of with a direction upon the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Baruipur, South 24 Parganas, to make an endeavour to conclude the trial within a period of one year from the resumption of the normal functioning of the Court.

The revisional application being C.R.R. 1472 of 2021 is, thus, disposed of.
