It appears that the petitioner made one representation on 11th July, 2021 in the website of the West Bengal Central School Service Commission being grievanceredress@wbcssc.co.in. The petitioner has submitted that he has also sent one copy of the representation to the office of the Commission. As the matter is covered by the judgement passed by this court in WPA 10789 of 2021 (Abhijit Ghosh Vs. the State of West Bengal) and subsequently by the judgement of the Appeal Court therefrom, the School Service Commission should consider the said representation.

This order will never be construed as extension of the date of filing of representation.

With the above direction this writ application is disposed of.
