Affidavit-of-service filed on behalf of the petitioners is taken on record.

Learned advocate representing the petitioners submits that they are being obstructed by respondent no.6 in cultivating the land which prompted the petitioners to approach this Court with the present writ petition seeking direction upon the concerned police authorities to take steps thereby ensuring right of the petitioners to cultivate land in question.

Respondent no.6 and State respondents are represented by learned advocates.

Learned advocate representing the respondent no.6 appears on virtual mode and disputes the right of the petitioners to cultivate the land in question.

Submission is made on behalf of the respondent no.6 that a suit is pending before the civil court instituted by the petitioners.

Police authority is not appropriate authority to decide inter se right of the parties to cultivate land in question.

If petitioners' right to cultivate land in question is denied in that event petitioners are required to approach the appropriate forum.

Hence, Court is not inclined to interfere with the writ petition and same stands dismissed.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
